- Provides elasticity for the spine
- Tones back with concave stretching movement
- Strengthens the entire leg and makes skin taut and firm.
- From the reclined position, slowly raise your trunk to a sitting position, extend the arms straight out before you.
- Slowly bend your trunk forward and extend hands, grasp the farthermost area of your legs that you can hold.
- Bend your elbows outward, allow neck to go limp, close your eyes. Breathe slowly and slowly pull your trunk forward and downward. Lower your forehead and rest as close to your knees as possible. Keep back of knees on the floor and legs together. Hold this extreme position for 25 seconds working up to 30 seconds over the course of a few weeks. The ultimate position is with the elbows touching the floor and hands holding the feet.
- Release your legs and slowly return to the sitting position.
Robert Frost
http://www.shadowpoetry.com/resources/famous/frost/robert.html Stopping By Woods on a Snowy Evening
Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.
My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse nearBetween the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.
He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake. The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

Shakira
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_LkjpYx8do&ob=av2eSong lyrics : Whenever, Wherever - Shakira
Lucky you were born that far away so
We could both make fun of distanceLucky that I love a foreign land for
The lucky fact of your existence
Baby I would climb Andes solely
To count the freckles on you bodyNever could imagine there were only
Ten million ways to love somebody
Le re lo le lo le, Le re lo le lo le
Can't you seeI'm at your feet
Whenever, Wherever
We're meant to be togetherI'll be there and you'll be near
And that's the deal my dear
Thereover, Hereunder
You'll never have to wonderWe can always play by ear
But that's the deal my dear
Lucky that my lips not only mumble
They spill kisses like a fountainLucky that my breasts are small and humble
So you don't confuse them with mountains
Lucky that I have strong legs like my mother
To run to cover when I need it
And these two eyes that for no other
The day you leave will cry a river
Le re lo le lo le , Le re lo le lo le
At your feetI'm at your feet
Whenever, Wherever
We're meant to be togetherI'll be there and you'll be near
And that's the deal my dear
Thereover, Hereunder
You'll never have to wonderWe can always play by ear
But,that's the deal my dear
Le re lo le lo le, Le re lo le lo le
Think out loudSay it again
Le re lo le lo le lo le
Tell me one more timeThat you'll live
Lost in my eyes
Whenever, Wherever
We're meant to be togetherI'll be there and you'll be near
And that's the deal my dear
Thereover, Hereunder
You've got me head over heelsThere's nothing left to fear
If you really feel the way I feel
Whenever, Wherever
We're meant togetherI'll be there and you'll be near
And that's the deal my dear
Thereover, Hereunder
You've got me head over heelsThere's nothing left to fear
If you really feel the way I feel
