Crystal Healing

Leopard Skin Jasper - Balancing, nurturing, protection when travelling, doing Shamic work. “Stone of happiness and harmony”.

Herbalism

Damiana (Tunera aphrodisiaca) Dried leaves and stems. Action: nerve tonic, anti-depressant, urinary antiseptic, laxative. Strengthens nervous system. Traditional aphrodisiac, tonic for central and hormonal system. Useful anti-depressant, for anxiety, strengthens male system. Dosage: Pour one cup boiling water onto 1 teaspoonful of dried leaves, infuse 10-15 minutes x 3 a day.

Mugwort (Artemisia vugaris) Leaves or root. Action Bitter tonic, stimulant, nervine tonic, emmenagogue (aids normal menstrual flow). Digestive stimulant, aids in depression, eases tension. Dosage: pour cup of boiling water onto 1-2 teaspoons onto dried herb and leave, infuse 10-15 minutes in a covered container x 3 a day. Is used to flavour aperitive drinks. Tinctures 1-4 ml x 3 a day.

Yoga

Counterpose to the Shoulder Stand, the Plough, and the Forward Bend

Brings blood supply to the spine, tones nerves and muscles in neck and shoulders, regulates intestinal function, strengthen abdominal walls, helps sluggish digestion, expands chest, helps sufferers of Asthma, respiratory problems, strengthens shoulder, arm, and back muscles, relieves back pains and sciatica. Enhances concentration and perseverance. Increases pranic flow in the lung, stomach, spleen, heart, liver, small intestine, pericardium, bladder meridians, helps to maximize nutrients in digestion, produces body heat.
