Useful herb resource for vitamin and herb interactions:
Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) Bitter tonic, stimulant, nervine tonic, emmenagogue. Used as a flavouring, digestive stimulant, aids digestion, mild nervine action aids in Depression, eases tension, used to aid normal menstrual flow. Dosage: Infusion: Pour a cup of boiling water onto 1-2 tsp of herb, infuse 10-15 minutes in a covered container, drink x 3 a day.

Benefits: Strengthens the legs and ankles, stretches the backs of the legs, improves sense of balance.
Contraindications and Cautions: Ankle or low back injuries
- From Tadasana, bring your left knee toward your belly.
- Reach your left arm inside the thigh, cross it over the front ankle, and hold the outside of your left foot. If your hamstrings are tight, hold a strap looped around the left sole.
- Firm the front thigh muscles of the standing leg, and press the outer thigh inward.
- Inhale and extend the left leg forward. Straighten the knee as much as possible. If your're steady, swing the leg out to the side. Breathe steadily; breathing takes concentration, but it will help you balance.
- Hold for 30 seconds, then swing the leg back to center with an inhale, and lower the foot to the floor with an exhale. Repeat on the other side for the same length of time.

I Dreamt a Dream! what can it mean?
And that I was a maiden Queen:
Guarded by an Angel mild;
Witless woe, was neer beguil'd!
And I wept both night and day
And he wip'd my tears away
And I wept both day and night
And hid from him my hearts delight
So he took his wings and fled:
Then the morn blush'd rosy red:
I dried my tears & armd my fears,
With ten thousand shields and spears.
Soon my Angel came again;
