Lunar Crystals

The moon represents emotion and powerful instincts, patterns, ancestral and karmic inheritances. For all moon signs it is recommended to meditate with a bloodstone at the full moon to uncover hidden unfulfilled desires that are controlling your life.

It is possible to reprogram patterns of behavior and facilitate healthy sources of nurturing.

Moon in Scorpio

Smoky Quartz – promotes detoxification, elimination of the unneeded, fortifies resolve, strength through difficult times.

Complete Leg Pull

  • Provides elasticity for the spine
  • Tones back with concave stretching movement
  • Strengthens the entire leg and makes skin taut and firm.
Follows the plough position.

  1. From the reclined position, slowly raise your trunk to a sitting position, extend the arms straight out before you.
  2. Slowly bend your trunk forward and extend hands, grasp the farthermost area of your legs that you can hold.
  3. Bend your elbows outward, allow neck to go limp, close your eyes. Breathe slowly and slowly pull your trunk forward and downward. Lower your forehead and rest as close to your knees as possible. Keep back of knees on the floor and legs together. Hold this extreme position for 25 seconds working up to 30 seconds over the course of a few weeks. The ultimate position is with the elbows touching the floor and hands holding the feet.
  4. Release your legs and slowly return to the sitting position.

Stopping By Woods on a Snowy Evening

Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.

My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

Song lyrics : Whenever, Wherever - Shakira

Lucky you were born that far away so
We could both make fun of distance
Lucky that I love a foreign land for
The lucky fact of your existence

Baby I would climb Andes solely
To count the freckles on you body
Never could imagine there were only
Ten million ways to love somebody

Le re lo le lo le, Le re lo le lo le
Can't you see
I'm at your feet

Whenever, Wherever
We're meant to be together
I'll be there and you'll be near
And that's the deal my dear

Thereover, Hereunder
You'll never have to wonder
We can always play by ear
But that's the deal my dear

Lucky that my lips not only mumble
They spill kisses like a fountain
Lucky that my breasts are small and humble
So you don't confuse them with mountains
Lucky that I have strong legs like my mother
To run to cover when I need it
And these two eyes that for no other
The day you leave will cry a river

Le re lo le lo le , Le re lo le lo le
At your feet
I'm at your feet

Whenever, Wherever
We're meant to be together
I'll be there and you'll be near
And that's the deal my dear

Thereover, Hereunder
You'll never have to wonder
We can always play by ear
But,that's the deal my dear

Le re lo le lo le, Le re lo le lo le
Think out loud
Say it again

Le re lo le lo le lo le
Tell me one more time
That you'll live
Lost in my eyes

Whenever, Wherever
We're meant to be together
I'll be there and you'll be near
And that's the deal my dear

Thereover, Hereunder
You've got me head over heels
There's nothing left to fear
If you really feel the way I feel

Whenever, Wherever
We're meant together
I'll be there and you'll be near
And that's the deal my dear

Thereover, Hereunder
You've got me head over heels
There's nothing left to fear
If you really feel the way I feel
