Lunar Crystals

The moon represents emotion and powerful instincts, patterns, ancestral and karmic inheritances. For all moon signs it is recommended to meditate with a bloodstone at the full moon to uncover hidden unfulfilled desires that are controlling your life.

It is possible to reprogram patterns of behavior and facilitate healthy sources of nurturing.

  • Helps to prevent and stop falling hair
  • Improves vision and hearing.

  1. Sit on heels to begin backward bend. Keep knees together on the floor.
  2. Interlace fingers and place our clasped hands and forearms on the floor in front of you.
  3. Place the top of your head on the floor and hold back of head with clasped hands.
  4. Raise yurt run and knees from the floor so that you are on your toes and forming an arch.
  5. Walk forward on your toes until you have brought your knees as close to your chest as possible.
  6. Now push off from the floor lightly with toes and transfer the weight so it is evenly distributed between head and forearms. Keep legs folded and close to the chest. Hold for 30 seconds and work up to three minutes over the course of a few weeks. Return feet lightly to the floor.
Once this position has been mastered to complete the head stand go from step 6 and slowly straighten your legs until body is in a vertical position. Hold.

To come out of the posture, fold your legs at the knees so you return slowly to the floor exactly reverse to the manner of going up. Always keep the knees close to the body. Rest on the floor with head down for at least a minute; slowly sit up into the lotus or cross-legged posture

The Bustle in a House

The bustle in a house
The morning after death
Is solemnest of industries
Enacted upon earth.

The sweeping up the heart
And putting love away
We shall not want to use again
Until eternity.

Lyrics to Valerie :

Well Sometimes I Go Out, By Myself,
And I Look Across The Water.
And I Think Of All The Things,
Of What You're Doing,
And in my head I Paint A Picture.

Since I've Come Home,
Well My Body's Been A Mess,
And I Miss Your Ginger Hair,
And The Way You Like To Dress.

Oh Wont You Come On Over,
Stop Making A Fool Out Of Me,
Why Dont You Come On Over,
Valerie.

Valerie

Did You Have To Go To Jail,
Put Your House Out Up For Sale,
Did You Get A Good Lawyer.

I Hope You Didn’t Catch A Tan,
I Hope You Find The Right Man,
Who'll Fix It For You.

Are You Shopping Anywhere,
Change The Color Of Your Hair,
And Are You Busy.

Did You Have To Pay That Fine,
That You Were Dodging All The Time,
Are You Still Dizzy.

Well Since I Come Home,
Well My Body's Been A Mess,
And I Miss Your Ginger Hair,
And The Way You Like To Dress.

Oh Wont You Come On Over,
Stop Making A Fool Out Of Me,
Oh Why Dont You Come On Over,
Valerie.
