Lunar Crystals

The moon represents emotion and powerful instincts, patterns, ancestral and karmic inheritances. For all moon signs it is recommended to meditate with a bloodstone at the full moon to uncover hidden unfulfilled desires that are controlling your life.

It is possible to reprogram patterns of behavior and facilitate healthy sources of nurturing.

Moon in Leo

Hiddenite – provides encouragement in difficult times, can be worn constantly to rejuvenate energies. Yoga

  • Relieves tension and develops the entire back through a convex stretching movement.
  • Develops chest and bust.
  • Helps to reduce weight in the abdomen, hips and thighs.
  • Aids in improving and maintaining a correct posture.
The Bow is the counter movement to the Locust.

  1. When the locust is finished, lie on your abdomen with your cheek resting on the floor and arms at sides.
  2. Turn your head to rest your chin on the floor.
  3. Slowly bend your legs at your knees and bring your feet up toward your back.
  4. Reach back with arms and carefully take hold of both feet. Grasp one foot and then the other if it is easier. Once you are able to hold your feet, make sure your chin is on the floor.
  5. Breathe normally. Raise first your knees and then your trunk from the floor as far as possible without strain. Keep head back and bring knees together. Hold for 10 seconds. (working up to 15 seconds over the course of a couple weeks)
  6. Slowly come out of the posture by lowering your knees to touch the floor, then allow chin to touch the floor. Then release your feet and return them slowly to the floor. Rest your arms back at your sides.
  7. Rest your cheek on the floor and relax.
Do three rounds following the locust position each time.

The Ragged Wood

O, hurry, where by water, among the trees,
The delicate-stepping stag and his lady sigh,
When they have looked upon their images
Would none had ever loved but you and I!

Or have you heard that sliding silver-shoed
Pale silver-proud queen-woman of the sky,
When the sun looked out of his golden hood?
O, that none ever loved but you and I!

O hurry to the ragged wood, for there
I will drive all those lovers out and cry
O, my share of the world, O, yellow hair!
No one has ever loved but you and I.

DREAM A LITTLE DREAM OF ME
(Kahn-Schwandt-Andre)

Stars shining bright above you
Night breezes seem to whisper "I love you"
Birds singin' in the sycamore tree
Dream a little dream of me

Say nighty-night and kiss me
Just hold me tight and tell me you'll miss me
While I'm alone and blue as can be
Dream a little dream of me

Stars fading but I linger on dear
Still craving your kiss
I'm longing to linger till dawn dear
Just saying this

Sweet dreams till sunbeams find you
Sweet dreams that leave all worries behind you
But in your dreams whatever they be
Dream a little dream of me

------ piano ------

Stars fading but I linger on dear
Still craving your kiss
I'm longing to linger till dawn dear
Just saying this

Sweet dreams till sunbeams find you
Sweet dreams that leave all worries far behind you
But in your dreams whatever they be
Dream a little dream of me
