The moon represents emotion and powerful instincts, patterns, ancestral and karmic inheritances. For all moon signs it is recommended to meditate with a bloodstone at the full moon to uncover hidden unfulfilled desires that are controlling your life.

Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria)

Astringent, tonic, diuretic, vulnerary, cholagogue. A bitter tonic of the digestive system and liver, used in treatment of diarrhoea for children and mucous colitis. Traditional used as a “Spring Tonic” to wake up the digestive system. Used for urinary incontinence and cystitis. As a gargle for sore throats, Laryngitis, ointment for healing wounds and bruises. Dosage: Pour a cup of boiling water onto 1-2 tsp of the dried herb and infuse 10-15 minutes, drink x 3 a day.

Yoga
  • Develops and strengthens the abdomen, legs, buttocks and arms.
  • Improves the blood circulation.
  • Helps reduce weight in the thighs and hops and makes skin taut and firm.
  • Stimulates the thyroid, liver, intestines, kidneys and reproductive organs and glands.
The Locust is a counter movement of the Cobra and Neck Movements.

When you have finished the Neck movements and are again lying on your abdomen with checks resting on the floor and arms at your sides.
  1. Turn your head and rest your chin on the floor.
  2. Make fists with both hands and place them thumbs down near your sides.
  3. Inhale so that your lungs are about half full and chest is slightly expanded. Retain the air in your lungs.
  4. Holding the air, push down with your fists and lift your legs as far from the floor as you can with your knees held as straight as possible. Throw the weight of your legs up towards and your chin and balance yourself with your chin and both fists. Hold for 5 seconds.
  5. Slowly return your legs to the floor and exhale through your nose. Control this movement and do not allow the air to rush out.
  6. Rest your check on the floor and relax.
  7. Repeat Cobra and Neck Movements and the lotus for a set of three times. Work up to 10 second holds over the course of weeks.
Poetry

E. E. Cummings

o sweet spontaneous

o sweet spontaneous
earth how often have
the
doting
fingers of
prurient philosophers pinched
and
poked
thee, has the naughty thumb
of science prodded
thy beauty.
how often have religions taken
thee upon their scraggy knees
squeezing and

buffeting thee that thou mightest conceive gods

(but true to the incomparable
couch of death thy
rhythmic
lover
thou answerest
them only with spring)

JUDY COLLINS - Send In The Clowns (Live w/ lyrics)

LYRICS:
Isn't it rich?
Are we a pair?
Me here at last on the ground,
You in mid-air..
Where are the clowns?

Isn't it bliss?
Don't you approve?
One who keeps tearing around,
One who can't move...
Where are the clowns?
Send in the clowns.

Just when I'd stopped opening doors,
Finally knowing the one that I wanted was yours.
Making my entrance again with my usual flair
Sure of my lines...
No one is there.

Don't you love farce?
My fault, I fear.
I thought that you'd want what I want...
Sorry, my dear!
But where are the clowns
Quick - Send in the clowns
Don't bother, they're here.

Isn't it rich?
Isn't it queer?
Losing my timing this late in my career.
But where are the clowns?
There ought to be clowns...
Well, maybe next year.
